The wait to meet Mr. Cooper is over! Birth is general is so miraculous so to be there for a friend to capture those moments was just the best. Enjoy!
A little walking never hurt.
We always hear how different each birth is... and they are just that... their own unique experience. I've really enjoyed seeing and witnessing how different each labor is. From natural to epidural and different coaching techniques. Each mommy has their own pain tolerance and their own idea of what they want. I find it so fascinating. Matt & Anna used the Bradley method here.
